A bit off topic but yesterday we were in Dol De Bretagne and shopped in an epicerie/cave that sold whisky on tap. You buy a bottle and fill it with the whisky of your choice. Exactly like the shop in this link.....

There's a shop called VomFass which seems to be expanding..... Saw them in Bruges but they're apparently in London and Midlands
