CYFRA+ Official Subscription

Was wondering does Cyfra+ broadcast from Poland. Has anyone heard of the prepaid subscription cards offered by Cyfra+. Any recommendations where these cards can be purchased or how to obayain an official card. I saw some prices for this card at some websites but the prices seem outrageous.

as far as I know the standard pre-paid card is "temtayczny" 399zl~92 EURO for 5 months and can be purchased by anyone. to get the other packages from cyfra+ you need someone (a friend/relative) in poland to sign up the papers for you.
in that case the price will be 564zl~135 EURO for 1 year (bialy package)!
