Daily change of tps-multivision aes

Hi m8s,

Fed up of downloading updates every day ? If you have camd3 with Gemini, ftp the attached file to /var/script/ and go to blue panel-system info-scripts-select aes and start. Do not forget to 755 and the db needs to be connected to the internet. File courtesy of Mach1. Scripts also available for other emus, but not yet for newcamd.

So it would be like :

chmod 755 /var/script/AES_Camd_userscript.sh

Am I right ? Is this the line to put in command line ? ( once connected to DB via telnet ofcourse )

Havent updated keys since the 28th & stil open. Were they changed since.
 
Another one. I have amended it to include byksat link and it now also works for Newcamd with Gemini.

For NEwCAMD
Fitted it, chmod 755, reboot, but when I went for the update it does not have any lists for the update. See screenshot. Any ideas?

I got the same screen as you but rebooted my box and Multivision cleared (I am using Camd).

Could you sort yourself out?
 
Well, I am a newcamd fan and I am going to stick with it. I will wait for PCD's answer.
But I will try the reboot to make sure, but when I ftp the tpscrypt file to the dreambox it never needs a reboot, just a restart of the cam...

Happy New Year !

That screen is OK, thats all you see. Yes, just restarting newcamd should do.

Just to make sure it is working, ftp an old tpscrypt to the dreambox. Start the script as before and after you see the screen, ftp to the box and look in var/scce/tpscypt - 2nd line I think, where 007C00 is, you should see the current day's tps aes key (at least you should see it change).

Anyone, Have keys changed since 28th. My Multivisions still open with 28th keys.

There was an error. I thought it worked last night, but in fact it was working with the previous key.

Now I have replaced the above attachment with the correct (!) version. Give it a try. Fingers crossed, it should work. It works here with newcamd-betad.

You must have somehow got an au (or pseudo au) soft. Today the key working is CA.....8E. What is yours working on ?

Got a question for you: Can this program placed somewhere else, for instance in the plugins?
 
You mean hide it from the children and put it in the pc ! :-Cbigsmil Why not? It can be linked from the db to the pc. If that is what you are after, I will check and let you know, But why don't you just lock the channels ?
 
everytime it goes down on me (oooer misses) i just blue button and download the 28th keys again, and restart cam...

opens up like a gud un :)

oh newcamD too by the way

Don't worry, the filth is always locked...I am searching for a user friendly solution. Therefore if it was in the plugins menue it would be easier to access. I could even explain it to the wife or the kids if it were a bit easier, that's all.
So if I could have a wish it would be a script that would be in the plugins, or if it is the Gemini in the extra / plugins so a double blue button finds it. Then, when you activate the plugin it does it and when finished it would ask me if I want to restart cam (blue button then green button)

Is this possible?

Thanks PCD but cant get near the sat as she is watching everything that she recorded over xmas.
