DCP09 not working

I can't get DCP09 to work, can't start the program. DC08 works but I had to run it in 98/Me compatibility mode. Using WinXP, any suggestions?

No probs here, 98/2000/XP, DCP09 (without cptblity mode) & patchable 2.27 predator 2.31. :D
