I've received this email for some time with grey annoyance. I can understand you sending it once to inactive members but doing it on a monthly basis isn't going to make me want to come back any more. In fact it does quite the opposite. So I followed the link in the email to unsubscribe (note: I don't think it's always been there) and I get a permission denied error. Not great!

Alas, can you please unsubscribe me from *ALL* future communications.
