Is there anyway to delete unwanted channels from the menu? I cannot see how, I use a Nokia model. The problem exists because two regional transmitters can be received but the weaker one does not provide any useful service because it is intermittent reception.

Thanks

I think that the only easy thing you can do is re-order the channels to make them more usable. Another method is to buy yourself a filter to filter out the offending channel group, or insert an attenuator to take the secondary group below the threshold, then do a new channel scan to get rid of them.

Look up the two transmitters and check the MUX frequencies - maybe you can change the STB UHF frequency to reduce the interference.

I have an attenuator which can be varied up to 6dB I think and I will try that method which may well work. The local transmitter uses Group C/D and the more distant Group A.

Thanks
