Devon area for basic Fortec star SD sat for Astra 19.2 E

Im a total noob and have tried to install it myself to no success, can anyone on here help me receive the the Astra 19.2 E in order to receive free-to-air german channels. Please let me know if anyone is interested and quote a rough price (all the kit is already assembled, troublshooting + alignment is all that's required).

P.S i live near to Exeter, Devon
