DIGIBOX Signal Problem

Hello
i installed a used minidish and Pace 2400 Digibox to receive the sky Channels. the cable used for it was also a used one but i was getting very good signal of 75% to 95% (variable). and the signal quality was about 60%. then i installed the a quiet new digiboxes Amstrad DRX300 and GRUNDIG but both of them dropped the signal and now i am getting 50% or less than that which sometimes freezes the picture. also the signal quality is very low, but my coaxial cable is still the same(Old) and it was giving me good signal on Pace digibox.also i am using a simple cable joiner Fjoiner to extent the coaxial cable.
any body can tell me what is the problem?

So is the signal bad if you go back to the original digibox?

No its a good signal on the old digibox

Well either the other digiboxes are not working properly, or possibly, the "F" connector is not making a good connection on the other boxes, make sure that the core is long enough.
