Digibox Transponder Misread

I have a problem with an Amstrad DRX100 which wont show C4 & C5. Also no Sky News which is normally a very strong transponder. Now when I do a manual tune I find channels but not those on the freq I entered. Today on 12304 H 27500 2/3 ID 02 Stream 07d9 I got the channels that are listed on 11876!

Any thoughts or is the digibox on its way out
 
DRX 100?? That an antique. Its also a ruddy miracle its still going - early Amstrads were notorious for tuner failures and assorted other faults..

Treat yourself to a new digibox!

Been working bit slow but fine up to now. I have 3 boxes so use this for the bedroom. Just a bit upset that my tinkering has lost me C4 and Desperate Housewives in bed!

New to site and read your message about the DRX100. your Digibox missed a software download from the SKY. please upgrade it as
make sure the digibox is connected to the dish and switched on. now power off the Digibox from the plug then press and hold the back up key on the digibox for about 15 seconds. now power on the digibox without releasing the backup key on your digibox and still press and hold it untill all the LED lights on the digibox are green. release the key and it starts downloading. it takes about 8 to 15 minutes depending on the speed of the digibox. when the download is complete t5 the digibox will go to standby
switch it on after 30 minutes and Bobs yer uncle!
please make sure that the digibox is receiving an adequate signal and you have the 95% chances of software upgrade. if it didn't work then do it again and then again
 
Also make sure its well ventilated - in the summer heat its quite possible the boxes are overheating.
