Can anyone help? I have tried looking on google for an answer but come up blank. I have a Pace 3100 Sky+ box and have noticed on the back of the box a panel called Digital Interfaces. There is a module you can install in here but there is no information on what you can install.

Is there anyway I can convert this box to connect to my HDTV? it doesn't have component or HDMI sockets.

From what i understand thats for sky enginears use, not sure exactly what it does but i'm sure someone else here can help :)
 
It is probably the cover for the Condition Access Module slot which you refer to, it is not enabled in the present software version.
 
Is there anyway I can convert my SKY+ box to connect to HDMI instead of having to fork out £300 just to get their new 160 box!
