Hi, does anyone know of any software to allow me to use the DVB-T Tuner in my laptop as a digital terrestrial signal tester/strength meter. Freeware, preferably.

The only two I can find are a command line tool in the Windows Logo Kit (2GB download, and not exactly user friendly I suspect) or PC-Doctor Service Center 6, which is $300.

Surely one must exist somewhere?
 
TS Reader might fit the bill, has charts to show signal strength, pid lists etc.

Not sure if it'll recognise your driver, though.
