Digital Telecom X-1500D biss key menu activate ?

Hello firends I have a Digital Telecom X-1500D Super MK-II but the digital doesn't have biss key menu , can you help me please how to activate the menu thank you.
 
If it doesn't have the option in the menu then you can not add BISS keys simple as that, in any case hardly anyone messes with keys these days
