The DigitAlb card requires a Conax cam, or a Cam, patch or receiver capable of emulating a Conax Cam, check your receivers manual, contact your supplier, or check with other owners to see if your receiver is able to do this.
If your receiver is capable of emulating a conax cam then the card might not be activated, have you left it on the designated channel to receive the over the air activation?
Check with your cards supplier that they have actually requested activation of the card.

I have been having a similar problem,using a SAB explorer box,in the card slot, I put the card in upside down, and hi presto it then read CONEX card.
I then had another problem as all the channels where scambled,I contacted the supplier today who says they are going to re-initialise the card, itseems these cards switch off, if you do not leave them on all the time.
