I would like to but no real need for two dishes of similar size, reading up on the make of dish and my minds made up, prime focus it isWhich one?? You install both of them of course![]()
,
will order a Bullseye II feedhorn
Congratulations! But I doubt that same size PF and offset dishes will have much different performance, unless they are fitted with not proper LNBs

Fair enough - personal taste is, well, personal.I would like to but no real need for two dishes of similar size, reading up on the make of dish and my minds made up, prime focus it is,
Really? I would think the other way around - more combinations of Ku and Ka feeds matching the 0.6 f/D (or equivalent opening angle) of the CM are available.More lnb options for prime focus dish
Hmm.and it will perform better than the channel master

What assumptions do you base that on

Antenna performance is measured in db/dbi and another I forget atm, Fact sheets state just over 2dbi![]()
At which frequency are you taking these figures ?
will order a Bullseye II feedhorn for it![]()
The last few days ive been reading good results on the Pansat DP-4 Dual C/Dual Ku Feed Horn, anyone using one, maybe another option to the bullseye 11

Sorry you must have missed this ? the bulleseye 11 is one of the best horns in the world matched with a quality lnb like it will beI doubt that antenna itself can bring any db/dbi without proper feed installed. So, when we speak about performance we should speak about performance of the SAT-system. That is IMHO.
Bullseye II Feedhorn | Chaparral Satellite Componentsthe bulleseye 11 is one of the best horns in the world
I have something similar, but did not try it yet
Blademedia if you are using the 2.3 PF what are you going to do with the 2.4CM ?
