hello if i buy 2 way diseque switch and i connect my second dish(motorised)to port b,can i turn the dish and enjoy my motorised dish with port b of diseque switch thank you
 
If your reciever supports a motor through a DiseQc yes. My Azbox will, and my Fortec, but neither of my TM's will.
 
I suspect it may work, since you have a Dreambox. My TM600 linux will, none of my standard TM's will.

I've tried a couple of IceCrypt receivers and they worked OK too.

Try it and see.
