Hello all,

How important is a DiSEqC frequency range? I've seen it vary from 900-2400MHz, 900-2300MHz and 900-2150MHz.

This is for a typical 4/1 DiSEqC switch. Is there anything else I should look for? Thanks.

Edit: I've noticed the insertion loss also varies from 2.4 dB to 3.0 dB. What does this mean?

Generally, nowadays, this is just a marketing trick, has no impact on signal.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated :)

As time passes the maximum frequency changes. 2.050, then 2.150, 2.300, 2.400 etc

No big deal.
