100% of what?

It's just a relative indication, lacking in any real precision or meaning.

Only of value for local optimisation - there are no right or wrong figures or target figures with the metering on most Receivers.
 
Is anyone further north than the Midlands and able to get Abu Dhabi or Aljazeera sport channels on Badr 4 on a 90cm dish or smaller? Just asking as I can get some channels, however can get any picture on the above two channels.
 
Some Beams, yes.

Have a look at the Footprints

You can easily see that some Beams are any easy catch and some most definitely are not.

Yes - a few years ago I got some channels from the 1C west beam on a 43cm zone 1 dish.

1C is no longer operational but the west beams should still be a fairly easy catch in the UK.
