It dupends on how the dish has moved it could have dropped or raised in elevation or moved around its pole, so without looking at the dish you cant tell waht to adjust, sorry not much help.

Without undoing anything first try putting a little pressure on dish east then west see if signal increases, if it does adjust to suit-chances are it may well be the lnb or reciever thats at fault.
It shouldnt be a problem for you though if you have a meter

Hi den123,
If its to high to adjust dish, move you dish (If its moved left or right) with
your motor (? if motorised).
Your in disequc, so go into Motor moving in your STB Menu and
tweek your dish.
You can do the same in (USALS) if your dish has moved left or right, just
tweek your Longitued to Up your Sig Quality.
