This little chap is on a science park near Didcot, Oxfordshire, it spends its days following the arc of the sun and monitoring solar activity.

Really quite impressive.:)

Impressive indeed however it must spend most of its life looking at cloud in this country.
 
I have seen it whilst on my travels up that way, did wonder what it was for!

Nice to see the H&S ropes and microlight being used ;)

No problems getting Nilesat Horizontals when the Sun is quiet .................... :o
