Does anyone have the mathematical formula used to generate the values in that table?

A table for different noise figure values (e.g. 0.4 dB or 0.2 d would also be nice (or a formula).

Just to show up what is receivable on a 3.70m C/Ku in the southern Dem. Rep. of Congo, Lubumbashi to be precise: http://forum.digitalfernsehen.de/forum/showthread.php?p=705034

With 90cm there you won't get much. Depends on if you are lucky with some pay TV or want a serious DXer's reception lab.
