Technomate 7755, 80cm dish - Hotbird

Does anyone know if an 80cm dish will be adequate for a good picture on Digitalb - I'm about 10 miles south of Newcastle on Tyne.

I have been receiving Art for the last season and was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality which was far better than I had been led to believe. How good is Digitalb in comparison?

well i can give u a good example.

I am also 10 miles south of newcastle and have an 80cm dish with 0.2db lnb

my music, digialb channels are no problem when weather is clear. when raining, no chance.

Also the premium channels are a no go most of the time.

However I do have a tree issue.

But I would say I need a 90cm to be pretty much safe for 16e

See this thread, the 3000 model is not happy with symbol rates above 30,000, not sure whether the 3600 has the same problem.
