I wonder what they are all used to receive. C+ Reunion should be available there on much smaller dishes.

Who knows, could be abandoned as well. Or still used for some old cable system in the area.
Most of the private houses on the Seychelles now have DSTV from 36E (Central African beam) using 1.2m dishes, if I am not mistaken.
Hotels probably have internal IPTV service carrying similar channels incl. various SuperSports, M-Net Movies, but also many international ones like ZDF, RAI, RTR Russia, CNNi ... even ITV1!
Main provider in the country is Intelsvision though.

Right, I noticed the difference myself but didn't want to elaborate further in this thread ... it somehow doesn't fit. The antenna is what we currently know as Prodelin but there have been previous owners and manufacturers who have modfied it several times.

There are no holes in the reflector surfaces for the feedarms that I can see, all incarnations of Prodelin antennas retain the drilling marks for them owing to the moulds used in curing the SMC compound.
It might be that the mould used is one of the two since the arms are only bolted to four out of the eight panels.

Visited the Eiffel Tower earlier this week and kept noticing the Raven dishes the security had!
