you mean since i see the words "HDTV" written, they must of got or are going ahead anyways without the licence :)

looks to me like it's on about the 8000

Another update yesterday reveals the DM800 HD as the minor model - the major model is still fuzzy :)

What is really killing me is that I have the $$$ waiting to grab a DM80xx as soon as available to replace my ver 1 DM7000 - sucker for punishment or what?:-rofl2

Know the feeling well.
My UK DB supplier tels me the estimated release date is now intended to be end of March - with a caveat not to hold my breath ;).
The DM team are attending ANGA Cable at the end of May - If they havent managed to release by then I suspect they will really suffer O-no.

Been waiting for her is for ages.Had a look on the kathrein 919 ufs looks quit good 2.just could not find upgrade for diquec 1.2 support.Has anyone any experience with this box???????????

this is a dreambox 8000 forum dude, the kathrein has it's own forum, has nothing to do with the dreambox at all. But yes you are right, that box currently does not support disqe 1.2

p.s. i heard mid march for release, we shall soon see :)
