does the diamonte2 cam exist?

I would like to know whether there is such a cam as diamonte2, and if so how can I get hold of one?

It has been claimed on another forum that it is “a new german cam used by italian satellite hobby people, used mainly for 22 west transmits”, and could be used to pick up the US Open tennis feed even though it is encrypted with videoguard.
But I’ve searched satellite forums and google, and can find nothing about it.
