Yes I think they were. DD India & DD News were on 28E for a year or so back in 2006-7 ish

Lost DD India and a bunch of channels on the same hotbird transponder....replaced by empty
channels with the eutelsat trade mark...any reason forthis? also lost a few Russians that were there

i had DD-india a week ago & it stayed on pretty regularly until...3-4 days ago
and it s still listed on Kingofsat...
I also lost other channels on same transponder
Maybe a monsoon load shedding shed it...
