Yesterday Dr.Dish adverteised in his show,i read on german boards,that he will left now
the Dr Dish Show!:(
his replacement would be Maria!

he will go in benefit!!

big thanks from here for this great show,and nonparell reports,in tele satlelite international!

Is Dr Dish going to launch his own print magazine?

Good morning,what only 2 replys,in over one week,was thinking,this topic got more replys!

no he is in benefit now,and will lunch nothing anymore!

other people,will do this now,you can download pdf magazine,there will be no print magazine anymore..!

,when we would have enough money,for startup we could lunch our own show,called satellite uk, DX television,:)would be real funy,to discus this on tv,what we write on board,but a very expensice projekt!!

we need a camera man,some technicans!
sponsors for transponders,and many active members,to make a 24 h full programm!
with many advertising companys,satshops etc,from uk,i think we could pay the transponder,for a while!
only a idea:)

About 16 years ago you could buy 1 hour of usage on Panamsat 1 satellite at 45w for $40. In today's prices it's maybe $100 ?. But really it should be cheaper now because back then we're talking the whole analogue transponder. But on the other hand Panamsat was a very private company, you could deal with them.

We could record the programme on my mobile phone. If Italian tarot card channels can do it, so can we:-rofl2
 
Or go online (on many a low subscription site ) .

i think,sending in cband,espasaly on asian satelites,is a lot cheaper then astra wants for!

sending equiment for cband in vsat range coasts around 3500€,

sometimes,this special eqitment is sold,by only one seller in europe,currencly i dont find nothing,but sometimes he have listed eqitment for sending!vsat system,here a reqeiered feedhorn for

Tarot cards are like playing cards, like for poker, BUT tarot cards are different. They are used for divination. Basically a witch draws a card and can tell you your future.Humping. It's like a horoscope. I saw it on Italian phone -in channels on Hotbird.
I was referring to all the cheap looking Italian channels on 13e, that broadcast in low resolution and low bitrate:cool:

its like looking into a crytall ball,i would never do that!

in newspaper, i read often that furtune tellers offer there service,also in swiss telvision ,in the night is one,that you can order to "help" you ,she make attendance over telphon for expample,i dont belive in this,but many people do and spend a lot of money for!

here,in austria,the low is a little bit difrent,many "wiches"that maked insarated in the public newspaper,has bean arrested in the past,because,the tell people not the trues,and espasaly with cards,the take only your mony and go!
they do this on many people,with out helping them,only lying,and one "witch" has been arested here,for 2 years,because they steel alot of money from the people,with this kind of card system,dont know how the law is in uk,never was there,only with the finger on the map:)
 
As I've heard from one guy from local tv, they're paying about $700k/yr for broadcasting a single channel from 13E. (Technically, signal 1st goes to 16E, since, as he said, from our location, it's almost impossible to do uplink to 13E).

yes there is also a oil king,in saudia arabia,always,when he is on holiday in europe,he send his favorite radio channels,from dubai,during that time over Hotbird:)
but i forget the name!

Wishing you, family and the team a prosperous New Year. Thanks for everything you have done to keep the hobby alive, the wife still doesn't believe I was on satellite TV back in 1997, despite the German petrol receipts.
