Dragom Cam - Help I Cant Get Any Channels!!!!!

Please help

I am new to all thia and have just purchased a Technomate 5500CIP system with a dragon cam 2.06 I have loaded the cam with predator 2.16 and predator 2.17 and i cant get any of the subscription channels. I got s_x.tv for about 30 seconds and that is it. no mtv or anything.

what am i doing wront

Some channels need a rescan. I had to rescan for $ky Italia after putting new Predator software on. Most of the others worked fine without a scan though
