Dragon D-2100 low threshold receiver

In the latest Tele Satellite magazine they have tested a new receiver Dragon D-2100 which they claim got really good sensitivity, can deliver a stable picture at 4.5dB at FEC 3/4 which is much better than most receivers i've seen around.

Anyone who got this receiver here?

Out of interest, how do they calculate the 4.5dB figure?

Also, to provide a comparison, what result does the most sensitive digibox (Pace 2600, etc.) give?
