By Dragon Card, do you mean a Dragon Loader Card for updating a Dragon/T-Rex cam?
What card programmer have you got?
Is your Dragon Loader Card a Fun 7 or a PIC F84A?

We need more information.
What make/model card programmer do you have?
Is it to update your Dragon/T-rex Cam?
Are you after predator/Predasaur files or the Load2MB file?
