[QUOTE="Artemis, post: 139831, member: 197197"] Hi I Have got the same problem with my 7020-s Certain transponders on HB and others eg Multivision, signal drops to 52% BER jumps about from 0 to 560000 or some huge number anyway, no lock no pic have to use my old Nokia 9600! Tried with the origional software and Gemini 2.20 same result, it's as if the tuner has a flat spot. Tried posting the problem on Dream multimedias own forum but no reply. If lots of other people post the same error they may look into it. The dealer i purchaced it from blames my dish setup (so why does my Nokia work ok on the same dish?) Anyone noticed if it has the same problem with transponders of a similar frequency on other satellites? that would sugest a tuner problem. BTW Is anyone who has this problem NOT have a hard drive installed? I am thinking this could cause interferance with the tuner. (If you put a high speed drive in a Manhattan the picture disapears!)
