Hi Bro and sis,

I got a dreambox don't know what happen suddenly all the channel are gone may I know how to set it back? i'm staying in Singapore.

Your receiver appears to be a Cable receiver.

This is a Forum for Satellite related issues and we don't do Cable stuff.

I have no idea who bro and sis are but if your receiver is as you state in the title a DM500C then it is a 'cable' stb which we do not discuss on here because this is a 'satellite tv' forum.
 
Did you pay for illegal card share?? If so it has either a expired, b the server got raided, or c you reset the receiver and wiped all the configuration files. The fixes are:

a pay again
b bad luck nothing you can do apart from hope the police dont knock on your door
c contact the scum of the earth who makes a profit at someone elses expense.

Nothing anyone here can do to help in this case, apart from suggest you buy a proper legitimate subscription.
