Can you help please. I have no power coming from Dreambox 500 Ant connection to power motor or LNB. I have read on a forum that there is a setting to switch on 12 volt for LNB and motor. Can somebody direct me to it as I can't find it in the settings menu.

Try. Menu/ Setup:/ (no2)sat insatallation+tp edit/then press (no1)sat config/ from top dropdown box !! select many satellites / press greenbutton to save: done, this is if my memory is correct if not come back in i will plug my old dm500 in
