Dreambox signal problem

Hello,

This morning i realized that i can't watch channels anymore (service not found).
The problem is that the signal still stays on 63%, even if i change possitions with the motor.

I restored the Dreambox but it always give the same problem.

Those sats am i using:
ASTRA 19.2E
HOTBIRD 13.0E

I tried with the dreambox of my friend and it works fine.
We have the same configuration...

Can someone help me please????

Possible tuner problem.

The box is almost certainly a clone and tuner problems are common on them.

I just have to buy a new tuner and fix it in the dreambox??

Which one should i buy?

Does the box have replaceable tuners? Ive never used a 500 so I have no idea what their capabilities are.

However if its a 50 quid cheapie then its hardly worth spending the money having it repaired. If it is then my own advice would be to take it up the tip, chuck it in a recycling bin and buy summat decent!
