Just received my 400S from Cheap Sat within 4 days

Am very eager to leave work now to try it O-Ha
 
I have just fitted a 250GB V120CE HDD inot mine. Nicely put together inside it is, too.

I used them as well - £280 with a 160 hdd and post included - on balance I think the extra is worth it - The Duck site had issues about whether they would be helpful if things went tits up. Mind you Cheap-Sat ain't too touchy/feely:)
 
When they credited me the VAT back, Muriel did the credit for €269 instead of €44.20. So, I have paid €0. ;)

Of course that's not fair to Visoduck, is it?

be quite nice to know how you are getting on with it. they have your card details forever - you will probably get charged at audit time. tough but true:)

Your card will be open until all 'their' bills are paid. Banks make the rules - get used to it.
 
Er, I don't think so. She seems to have dropped a b*ll*ck. I'll have a chat with the card issuer and see if the credit has gone through.

Agreed (Was a financial controller in BNP :) ) - Was just thinking that they will most likely not be allowed to correct their mistake if they find it a year later when the auditor comes in; and worst if the customer has closed his account. I may be wrong on this of course.
 
I rang the card issuer and they had indeed credited the whole lo
t back to my account. I felt a bit bad about this so I sent them the card details and they have now debited the correct amount: they did know what they had done.
