Hanks the eitp map i think also Croatia get signal of dror 1

The Dror-1 (also known as PR-8000) is Israel's newest national communications satellite, designed to replace the aging Amos-3 and ensure independent strategic communications. It was successfully launched on July 13, 2025, aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 and reached its final geostationary orbit in August 2025.

Technical Specifications & Transponders

Dror-1 is a highly flexible, digital "software-defined" satellite based on the Amos 4000 bus. It is located at the 4° West orbital slot.

  • Ku-band: 48 transponders (providing the primary capacity for TV and data services).
  • Ka-band: 2 commercial transponders.
  • S-band: Specialized payload for military and national security use.
  • Key Feature: The "digital payload" allows for on-orbit flexibility, meaning bandwidth and coverage can be reconfigured from the ground to meet changing needs.

Hmm... it looks like 10842 V 30000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK, Yes (Israel) package is back here (on Amos-3?)...
Or is it really from Dror-1, according E Reuven yesterday on LyngSat...?
PS: I can´t get any (other?) signal from Dror-1 from my place.

I can hardly imagine that. It will probably come from the AMOS 3. Unless there's a new Beam from Dror 1. Unfortunately, it's raining here, otherwise I might have a chance.

is dror a little stronger now? or still confidential to East Med?

I have to constantly adjust the antenna to get the maximum signal. I think it's due to the slight tilt of the Amos 3.

and this,with 220 cm?

Today it's sunny, but I can't get a strong enough signal at my location right now.

FYI: I´m on position 4.1°W Amos-3 again with 2.2m... no spectrum and signal anymore from 10842 V 30000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK, Yes (Israel) package...
Amos-3 Inclination at scan time 0.12° south.
