DVB-T & DVB-S Receiver Problem

Hey Everyone,

I got a bit of a problem for Christmas , I want a new receiver , Currently I have a ye old FTA one.


The Receiver that I would like would be a combo one. With DVB-T ,DVB-S an a CI module would be nice but not essential.

I have looked around and I have found a M-Vision and a Kaon that fits the spec, but I found out afterwards that they are out date receivers , with people not making any "patches" or "updates" for them anymore.

Could anybody recommend me a good up-to-date one?

Probably because to most people this is a hobby and therefore have only a small amount of money to throw at it. I am not aware of any current combination receiver that has good patch support, most peoples interest these days is in HD units.

Sounds like you need to hold out for the Dreambox 8000
