Not a plugin, but Transedit is by far the best transponder scanning application to use with DVBViewer. Screenshots of scanned channel, parameters etc., save selected channels to DVBViewer and much more.
Check the DVBViewer Members' section for available official plugins (Videorecorder, SatcoDX plugin etc.) Unofficial plugins include vplug (emulator plugin).
