Is E 4 Ireland still possible to be viewed through "Other channels" For us lot way out? If so could some one give me the numbers or the link to a web sight with a list,,,,,,,,or both?

It is on 11.565 GHz, Vertical polarisation, 27500 symbol rate with
an FEC of 2/3.
 
E4 and E4 +1, are part of the S*y digital package and so require a card, a Free to View card should be sufficient, you can find the required frequencies here:

E4 and E4 +1 are NOT ftv - they are part of the sky pay package,.
 
I never send my dish to Astra 2, so I wasn't sure, I tend to stick to decent foreign channels and avoid soap operas and Big Brother.

That seems a very good description of most of British television to me:)
 
You are not supposed to use your brain when you watch TV, that's the whole idea about television.
