HELP!!!!!! NO NOVA ON HOTBIRD 13
ive recently purchased an echostar ad3600ip with a matrix reloaded CAM running 1.10 , my GF is greek and wanted to watch her beloved greek tv here in the UK so on her last visit home she bought the nova card ( and it wasnt cheap!!) she called them and activated the card while she was still there, but when she got back here we had no pic so she called them again to ask them to activate it again , they said to leave it on filmnet for an hour . 4 hours later still no difference.
im relativly new to this and im asking all you experts out there for advice as im sure im not the first to encounter such problems.
is there somthing i need to do with the matrix CAM or the receiver im at a loss now.
