Echostar ad-3000ip viaccess with mpeg-2 mp do i need a replacement receiver ?

Any thoughts on what tool before I make some thing up . I have looked in the manual and there is nothing not even the model of the battery so I think they want you to send the whole meter back .</p><p></p><p>Channel Hopper How did you get the battery out because I cant see how you get the battery out without removing the top bracket . </p><p></p><p>John been looking at your <span style="font-size: 15px">RCI RC2000 it looks some thing like what the guys use for contacting the ISS and its all pumped into your computer and tracks the sat as it goes over .</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
