matrix reloaded+(S*ca cam)not used any more.
my pc
dell optiplex gx270 p4-3ghz 512 ddr 120gb-sata-hd.pioneer 108dvd-rw.ati9800pro graffic card

anybody out there can tell me why my reciever wont initialise my cam if its inserted then reciever turned on, but will initialise the cam if reciever turned on then cam inserted

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Perhaps the power supply is only just coping and cannot both initialise the CAM and receiver simultaneously.
