Just seen the news report and I have to agree; it's simply stupendous. Apparently there is still some scope for improving the sensitivity so more to come.

Yep - though I always question any such big discoveries being a result of confirmation biases...
 
I remember Rutherford and Bohr (Not personally, of course!): Simpler times when we only had Protons, Neutrons and Electrons to think about. Maybe the odd drop of Ectoplasm to satisfy the curious.

Yes, I remember those early models of Acorn computers from the early 80s.
Never saw an Ectoplasm, though. Was that one of the Ghost Digital Ltd computers?
