Emetabox2 and Irdeto

Hi ,
Newbie. I have emetabox2 that is connected to two dish each pointing at hotbird and nilesat. I do not seem to be able to watch the channels with Ire encryption is there anyway of fixing this problem?

You will hate me but all channels in Hotbird and Nile Sat are Ire2... in other words, not hacked yet!
