I wish I had, a job at EE (no not that one) in those days must have been interesting. Not just fast planes, engines, test equipment (Igniscope), advanced radio , guidance systems, railways and one of the earliest mainframe computers (LEO).

Did not think EE built the Canberra ( ship ) fine vessel but sadly scrapped in 1997 after 36 years service both as a cruise ship and troop carrier.
