I certainly agree - but I also recall that on occasion people have left "in the event of" requests to the effect of not wanting any special treatment or quasi-memorial: But I know not if Eric did such a thing.

Even if he did, it would be nice if they did one of those docu dramas (like they did about Kenneth Williams, Morecambe & Wise and Hattie Jaques), surely given such a long life there should be enough material.
