My Satellite Setup
Dreambox 800HD & Technomate 1500CI.

Yes me like a knob head flashed my brand new 800HD last night (not even used it yet) and not I have the dreaded ERR01 NO CA FOUND message.

Now, I followed a few posts here and so far not getting anywhere at all.

Im using windows 7
USB to serial converter

And when I click on connect with Dreamup the progress bar stays put, what ever I do nothing happens at all.

Any clues guys cos Im lost on this so far, even if I have to drive to someone to fix this I will.

If its a clone you may have flashed a higher bootloder than
the box can handle I use dreamup when I nack mine never
had a problem the only 2 things I would look at usb converter
and windows 7 have you not got a old pc with a serial port is dreamup
ok with win 7

Well I am sure members are glad your problem is sorted, would you care to expand upon your course of action which led to the solution for future reference?
 
Yes i would be a big help since I having the same problem exactliy & still stuck with trying to connect to dream box & no BL upload happinning & no progress bar when I turn on the dreambox please help did you change the windows configuration specialy the Port Setting & speed or what I set mind to the folowing ->115200 ,8,Mark,1,Xon/Xoff
 
Well sorry for my delay but I resolved my problem by reflashing the box with a new image.

I did the following:

Used DreamUP_patched_by_forhike_and_natas
Unticked use network
plugged in the box via serial cable and a network cable

Opened Dreamup and as above I unticked the network box and then clicked connect, the bar within Dreamup starts moving and sets the box up ready for reflashing.

When thats done just use what ever browser you have and connect to the box direct via the box IP address and you will see the flash screen.

Just browse to the flash file and send it to the box, job done.
