error while taking screen shot from DM

as shown in the pic in the middle of the screen there is a big black sport covering whole screen almost how can I finish it & take the original screen shot of working channel under that black thing??

Go back to you Dreambox and press exit until it disappears off the TV screen and then go back to your PC and hit screenshot again
