This morning there was a test carrier at the frequency 10952 V.



While this afternoon they turned off the telemetry frequencies in circular polarity (11702,20 R and 11703,40 R), turned on the on-station telemetry in linear polarity (11698,60 H and 11699,20 V).

The switch's to the new satellite operations has been delayed to night at Sunday July 23 to Monday July 24 at 00.00 to 01.00 UTC / 01.00 to 02.00 UK and Maghreb times because a unspected issue in the last time before the switch's operations

Not sure what's happened here! I did a scan this morning before work and the couple of channels in the 10700-10950V range were both off. Did another scan after work and ORTC on 10860V is back on, but is also on a new frequency of 12642V. The Portuguese multistream channel from 10747V is still off, but has reappeared on 12735V. Would seem odd to change frequency on the given switchover date, but not switch satellite. Maybe there was a brief switchover until the issue was discovered, then switched back?
