eutelsat 15.8 east in canaries

hello,living in tenerife and was thinking of buying a
tring card for the footie on 15.8 east.tried yesterday
but couldnt pick up any signal on 15.8east with a 1 metre dish.
used to watch digialb about a year ago ,but no signal now.
is anybody else managing to pick this sat up in the canaries.

There's been a major hardware change since your last effort ............. one of the Satellites failed and the new regime is generally somewhat weaker than before.
