Sorry I cannot find the awnser using the search, maybe no one knows the answer.

When will Eutelsat 28A go out of service/ be decommissioned?
 
You're right. When the 2G is in place Eutelsat will lease some capacity on that craft from SES (see several press releases about the agreements after the outcome of the law suits). Maybe the 28A will stay as back up and for feeds, but most likely it will be relocated to another location.

I'm not going crazy then, shouldn't be too long before 2G rocks up. :)
 
CBS Action & Horror channel +1 are no longer on 11222H, are they? Has it begun?
 
They both moved to 11.389H but still on Eutelsat 28A.
 
Last week began the change, the day 04/04/2015 issuing from 2 tp's.
La semana pasada empezo el cambio, el dia 4-4-2015 emitiendo por los 2 tp's.

Horror Ch+1 ====> 53700
CBS Action =====> 53710
Heat =========> 53715
Magic ========> 53720
Extreme Sports==> 53725

As indicated Timo_w2s.
And only issued for the new tp, 08/04/2015./Ya solo emiten por el nuevo tp, 8-4-2015.
